PET preform mold always have multi-cavities, so we advise our customer to choose a litter big pet injection molding machine, for example, 72cavity 26g preform mold, the injection weight needs 72*26=1872g, so customer think the injection machine weight 1872g is enough, but we suggest our customer to buy 3200g machine, that means around DKM 650Ton PET injection machine. It’s better for mold and products.

Hot runner

Sino use Anole hot runner system with German heating elements. Anole is our subsidiary company; we will take care of both mold and hot runner after sales, so you don’t need to worry about the hot runner problems.

Auxiliary machines:

The necessary auxiliary machines are auto loader, dryer, chiller, air compressor, filter, air tank, robot.

The optional auxiliary machines are crusher, mixer and dehumidifier etc.

24cavity PET Preform Mould

For 24cavity 32.5g PET preform mould, the cycle time is rough 25-30s.we use S136 stainless steel for cav/cor parts; 2311 for mould base. With optimized cooling system and well-design, the preform molding line could run efficiency.

For PET injection machine, we choose our brand dakumar 250T PET servo motor injection machine, which can save energy 20%-70% . (The mould needs injection weight around 1050g, and our 250T PET injection machine injection weight 1160g.It can meet mould that needs injection weight. The electricity consumption will be around 15kw.) This machine have features, which is designed for PET preform moulds with European standard high precession controlling system, large injection unit, bigger servo motor and strong screw to ensure fast cycle time and high coordinating with the PET preform moulds.

For 24cavity  PET preform production line, it need Sino standard auto-loader STL-450, dryer SHD-400KG, PET dehumidifier-400, all in one(optional), chiller SC-15WCl, mixer SHS-150, water town, air compressor and air dryer and air tank and air filter (high pressure air stock and clean), robot to pick products and make products cool down,...

Technical highlights:

2.Mostly such mould need to be done as 2 separate moulds which will make the fitting is not good because of the different shrinkage rate, also the color is not same, package is hard, but making it as 1+1, above problems will be solved completely.

3.We can cut the edge gate when finishing injection efficiently and stably which can better save the cost of manual cutting.

Paint Bucket Production Line Solution

Normally there are two ways to make pattern at the surface of paint bucket, one is heat transfer printing, the other one is In Mold Labeling(IML system). IML system is more suitable for high level market because the label color is more colorful and the label won't drop off because the label and bucket is integrated.
