Sino adopt stainless steel for plastic bottle preform molds, like S136, DIN 2316 which after heat treatment the hardness is HRC 45-52. And all the steels are obvious in polishing and polishing result lasting. This is good for PET preform mold to producing high transparency goods.

For all plastic bottle preform molds, we use hot runner system for mold developing, it can make sure bottle with good appearance, no tails of the runner. From 2 to 64 cavities standard PET preform molds, we run with cycle time from 16-40 seconds.
