1.Mould Steel

We use imported S136 stainless steel  tempered with HRC40-44 for the core and cavity which has better polishing affection, high hardness to ensure mould’s high precise mould size, and high quality.

2.About gate 

pin-valve gate ,pneumatic drive the nozzle pin simultaneous high speed open and close action,which can effectively control the injection hole open and close action on each cavity. It has realized reliable sealing function, smooth moving, low thermal expansion rate ,long using life and also energy saving . 

3.Hot runner 

hot runner system is designed and made by ourselves, it can achieve ideal and prompt heating effect for preform production ,cavity with lower injection pressure to reduce wear and tear of mould parts. What’s more, when you met the hot runner problem, we will offer you 24-hour online service, we knows our hot runner well and had enough spare parts stored, so we can solve the problem at the first time. Besides, we will offer you a temperature box as free. 

4. Heating system 

it has separate temperature control mode . The heater is used to control the mould manifold plate , heating ring control the main mould gate and the nozzle, which will better control the temperature separately.

5.Cooling system 

each parts including core ,cavity and valve gate has independently cooling system.
