For the machine
- servo motor replaces the traditional hydraulic motor,which can reach molding opening and material charging at the same time, it better reduces the cycle time a lot.
- Using electrical charging, saving 50%-70% electric energy compared with ordinary injection molding machine ,which can better help customers solve the high-cost electrical problem.
- Use a special machine screw and barrel according to the bucket plastic material , the screw speed is accelerated by 20-50%, the plasticizing rate is higher
For the mould
- The hot runner needle valve system is adopted to reduce the cavity pressure and increase the life of the mold.
- Add cooper on the core top, cavity bottom, and bucket mouth place to make the cooling better to reduce the cycle time
- The product has a good water sealing structure, and has passed the drop water sealing test from a height of 1.5 meters to 3 meters.
