20L Bucket Production Line

Recently buckets become a hot topic among customers, a high production quantity bucket line can better help customers gain the market, and can make the investment return in a short time. DKM can offer you a unique complete 20L bucket production line with a cycle time of 14.8s, which means in one hour you can get around 243 PCS, normal machine cycle time is around 25-30s, you can see our line can reach double quantity.

For the machine, DKM developed a special 700T injection machine for the bucket.

Below is some advantage of this new machine :

1. using electrical material charging which can reach molding opening and material charging at the same time, it better reduces the cycle time a lot.

2. Use a special machine screw and barrel according to the bucket plastic material to increase the plasticizing rate.

3. With the servo motor and electrical material charging, it can save energy around 60-80% which can better help customers solve the high-cost electrical problem.

For the mold, we also have done some improvements according to customer’s feedback:

1. improving the mold cooling system and gaining four patent inventions.

2. Add cooper on the core top, cavity bottom, and bucket mouth place to make the cooling better to reduce the cycle time

2. Mold life: 500K.
718H steel hardness is better the P20. So it can assure 500K guarantee life at least.
P20 mold life is around 300K. But there are many supplier give false information about the mold life. Professional people will know that, P20 steel is very soft, it is not good for a longer life time.
 
3. Precision: toilet seat cover injection molding mold worst danger is the flash. Low process precision will cause the mold flash after thousands shots. Good precision must need good equipment to process. A mold with very cheap price, can you believe they will use good machine to make process? No profit, no business.

DKM Injection Machine Inspection and Maintenance

Nowadays, more and more customers begin to do plastic thing business, so plastic injection machine become more and more important, but not every customer knows how to maintain the plastic injection machine, it is well known that machine inspection and maintenance is a key point to run it which can ensure the normal operation of the machine, reducing the failure to maintain the machine's performance, service life, safe operation and shortening downtime caused by breakdown.

Daily Inspection
1. To see the emergency stop button can cut off the motor power supply of the pump.
2. Keep clean surroundings of the machine and nearby place.
3. Check the temperature and barrel is normal or not
4. Check the safe door by manual or semiautomatic.
5. Check the water leaking for the mould and machine running.
6. After sometime for the machine running, checking the oil temperature whether has reached 50℃or not, checking the cooling water temperature, the oi; temperature should keep at 30-50℃.

Plastic Injection Machine 

Yearly inspection
1. Check the screw is tight or not on the safety of mechanical parts.
2. Clean the cooling parts’ inner and outer walls.
3. Clean the inner part of the oil box.
4. Clean the dirty on the oil filter and air filter.
5. Check that whether the pressure oil is need to be changed or not. If the oil is bad, you must to change the new oil.
6. Clean the dust on the surface of the fan motor , and add the lubricants on the bearing.
7. Check the wire.
8. Check whether the machine has the noisy or not.
9. Recheck the fuselage level
