1.Mould Size : 1700 x1700 x1120mm.
2.Cycle Time: 120S around . we will make each water way separately to connect which will better reduce the cooling time.

4.Injection Gate: 20 tips Anole hot runner which is our own brand,
it has 15 months guarantee time.

5.Loading weight: like such type of pallet the static loading can reach around 3-4T , the dynamic loading can reach around 1.5-2T .

During  the design stage, we will make the product design according to your original sample or design, use moldflow for pallet mould parts analysis, to decide the gate of injection, thickness of this pallet, reasonable flow and so on.
