 1.       High speed lathe machine:

it is suitable for the item which needs high accuracy, it can tool the round item which diameter is within 200mm, the length no more than 250. The working tolerance is +/-0.01mm.

2.       Normal lathe:

It is main for the rough tooling for the round item which diameter is within 300mm , the length is no more than 1 meter. The working tolerance is 0.1mm.

3.      CNC machine

There are 2 types of CNC machine, including the rough CNC machine, high speed CNC machine.

Rough CNC machine: it is main for the rough tooling, which need finish or semi-finish. The tooling tolerance is 0.5mm; it is affected by the knife and mould steel. We totally have 11 sets rough CNC machine, 3 sets are planer type milling machine, and the separate distance of all machine is 4200*2000*1200, 2500*1600*1100, 1600*812*780...

High speed CNC machine: we totally have 7 sets, one is 3+2, brand is Fidia, and the biggest distance is 3000*1000*800mm, one is 5 axis, the brand is DMG. The biggest distance is 1200*600*600, the biggest rolling diameter is 700mm. 3 sets small machine, the big distance is 1000*600*600, the other 2 sets are big machine, and the biggest distance is 1600*1200*700mm.
