For 24cavity 32.5g PET preform mould, the cycle time is rough 25-30s.we use S136 stainless steel for cav/cor parts; 2311 for mould base. With optimized cooling system and well-design, the preform molding line could run efficiency.

Preform Mould 

 For PET injection machine, we choose our brand dakumar 250T PET servo motor injection machine, which can save energy 20%-70% . (The mould needs injection weight around 1050g, and our 250T PET injection machine injection weight 1160g.It can meet mould that needs injection weight. The electricity consumption will be around 15kw.) This machine have features, which is designed for PET preform moulds with European standard high precession controlling system, large injection unit, bigger servo motor and strong screw to ensure fast cycle time and high coordinating with the PET preform moulds.

For 24cavity 32.5g PET preform production line, it need Sino standard auto-loader STL-450, dryer SHD-400KG, PET dehumidifier-400, all in one(optional), chiller SC-15WCl, mixer SHS-150, water town, air compressor and air dryer and air tank and air filter (high pressure air stock and clean)...

We made family rectangle bucket mould for customer in Norway. At same time, we got feedback for them.

For 7.5L family rectangle bucket mould, which is 2cavity rectangle bucket and 2cavity related lid, we use DIN 1.2344 + Copper Beryllium (Becu) steel material, the Becu is for faster heat transferring to reach fast cycle time. And we use 4points Anole hot runner valve gate for shortening the cycle time of mould and improving the efficiency of machine.

For 7.5L family bucket injection machine, we have our dakumar machine with servo energy saving injection machine. Usually, for family bucket mould with 2cavity, it needs bigger machine, like 1800tons, 2000ton. We supply rectangle mould, rectangle mould injection machine and necessary auxiliary.

this is one of our plastic bresd crate molds we supplied for our old customer. For a good plastic bread crate molds, it needs to have a good mold design. Before design process, we have made simple crate mold flow analysis to make sure even material fillings. And this mold is supplied with 6 tips hot runners, so air venting is critical important, between each 4 tips hot runner, we designed with one small inserts for good venting solutions. On mold structure, we designed all with hydraulic system according to our customer request, mold running very stable. Each hydraulic action is designed with limit switch to protect molds secure running. During mold manufacturing, mold is strictly monitored with each parts dimension controlling. Every not qualified part is not allowed for next step tooling until accepted by measuring report controlled tolerance. In this way, we can reach of our plastic bread crate one time testing successfully.

Plastic Crate 

Before mold shipping, we supply mold with two hours non-stop mass production simulations to check mold conditions, and each shot is controlled with weight checking. This is one of our mold final inspection standards. Also we welcome your engineers to be on spot at Sino to make inspection testing with us together.
