Plastic Cap Mould

1. We use S136 stainless steel made in Sweden with hardness HRC48-52. It can ensure its good polish and life guarantee of the cap mould.
2. We use Anole hot runner system with German heating elements. Anole is our subsidiary company; we will take care of both mould and hot runner after sales, so you don’t need to worry about the hot runner problems.
3. We have rich experience in cap mould with 8cavity, 16cavity, 24cavity, 32cavity, 48cavity and 72cavity. Every year we make around 500 sets of cap moulds.

Plastic Toilet Seat and Lid Mould

Plastic Toilet Lid Mould

1. Good steel material: 718H. 
Most of the Chinese mold maker will use P20 to make the mold core and cavity, as is known to all, P20 steel is not good enough to make toilet seat cover mold, because the steel quality couldn’t reach real mirror polish standard. It will affect the goods surface glossiness very much.
So except customer have special requirement to the mould steel material, Sino always suggest customer use 718H to make the mold core and cavity. If customer want to reduce the mold cost, we will suggest 718H to make the cavity, P20 steel make the core parts. To make sure the surface polish affection.
 
2. Mold life: 500K.
718H steel hardness is better the P20. So it can assure 500K guarantee life at least.
P20 mold life is around 300K. But there are many supplier give false information about the mold life. Professional people will know that, P20 steel is very soft, it is not good for a longer life time.
 
3. Precision: toilet seat cover injection molding mold worst danger is the flash. Low process precision will cause the mold flash after thousands shots. Good precision must need good equipment to process. A mold with very cheap price, can you believe they will use good machine to make process? No profit, no business.

DKM Injection Machine Inspection and Maintenance

Nowadays, more and more customers begin to do plastic thing business, so plastic injection machine become more and more important, but not every customer knows how to maintain the plastic injection machine, it is well known that machine inspection and maintenance is a key point to run it which can ensure the normal operation of the machine, reducing the failure to maintain the machine's performance, service life, safe operation and shortening downtime caused by breakdown.

Daily Inspection
1. To see the emergency stop button can cut off the motor power supply of the pump.
2. Keep clean surroundings of the machine and nearby place.
3. Check the temperature and barrel is normal or not
4. Check the safe door by manual or semiautomatic.
5. Check the water leaking for the mould and machine running.
6. After sometime for the machine running, checking the oil temperature whether has reached 50℃or not, checking the cooling water temperature, the oi; temperature should keep at 30-50℃.

Plastic Injection Machine 

Yearly inspection
1. Check the screw is tight or not on the safety of mechanical parts.
2. Clean the cooling parts’ inner and outer walls.
3. Clean the inner part of the oil box.
4. Clean the dirty on the oil filter and air filter.
5. Check that whether the pressure oil is need to be changed or not. If the oil is bad, you must to change the new oil.
6. Clean the dust on the surface of the fan motor , and add the lubricants on the bearing.
7. Check the wire.
8. Check whether the machine has the noisy or not.
9. Recheck the fuselage level

Above all, the most important thing to the injection machine running is the machine inspection and maintenance, if you make a good maintenance to the machine, it will run longer time and have perfect performance.
