Plastic Pipe Fitting Mould

Usually the plastic material for the pipe fitting is the PPR, PE, PVC. The material is depended on its function, if it is used in the architecture, underground pipe, mostly will choose the PVC which has the function of  flame retardance, wear-resisting. If you use in daily water pipe, it will use PPR which is safe material. Also the mould steel will be different, for PVC pipe fitting, 718H, p20 is ok.For PVC pipe fitting, 2316,S136 is ok.

The demoulding ways for the pipe fitting we usually has 5 ways:

Two-Color Injection Mold Line Supplier

Two-color injection mold is two kinds of plastic injection in the same injection molding machine. It is usually done by a pair of molds and requires a two-color injection molding machine.

The challenge of two-color injection molds is to make two exactly cavities. it’ focus on the mold and equipment to ensure achieve this result, and in the process the manually operated can not be allowed. In most cases, PVC is used for making PVC pipe fitting moulds. And the structure of pipe pitting moulds was complicated and big size, needing cylinder structure,2 sets core pulling system.




2.According to the PVC material, we need to do as below:
1).The machine components need to be plated chrome or nickel. It can protect them getting anti-corrosion over time. (PVC material will release Cl2 when it is heated.)
2).PVC injection molding machine need special screw and barrel.
3).Add fan on the screw of machine. (PVC material will be decomposed when it is heated in certain temperature.)
4).Enlarge hydraulic motor is to adopt plasticizing PVC.
5). Oil and water cooling system is in the screw barrel.
6). Forced cooling of the barrel by compressed air through air channels in individual zones.
